The NTUA  actively contributed with several innovative scientific papers and presentations at the 104th Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board (TRB), which took place with great success in Washington DC from January 5th to January 9th 2024.

Ms. Anastasia Pneumatikou, Head of Traffic Planning and Studies of the Nea Odos company, Central Greece road, gave a lecture entitled: “Road Safety in practice: The case of PATHE (Transformation of Skarfeia)”  which took place on Monday December 16th at the Amphitheater of Railways and Transport of the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering of NTUA.

The 2024 Autumn General Assembly of the European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI) took place with great success in Athens, Greece on November 25 & 26, 2024, hosted by the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering of the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

During summer holidays, the restoration of the traffic signs of the central part of the road network of NTUA Zografou campus was completed.
