Ms. Anastasia Pneumatikou, Head of Traffic Planning and Studies of the Nea Odos company, Central Greece road, gave a lecture entitled: “Road Safety in practice: The case of PATHE (Transformation of Skarfeia)”  which took place on Monday December 16th at the Amphitheater of Railways and Transport of the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering of NTUA.

In the lecture, researchers and students were given the opportunity to learn about the basic issues of operation and maintenance of modern highways with specific examples of traffic management tools and accident analysis monitoring as well as road safety audit findings.
